Software Client Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and questions
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Must have BS in computer science, management information systems, or technical field of study
- Must have expertise in IIS, Windows, Internet and the Web, software installation and configuration, and a great aptitude to learn applications quickly
- Must have good knowledge of MS SQL, and scripting languages such as JavaScript, etc.
- Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be excellent in documentation and record keeping
- Must be a self starter, and a quick study
- Must be a logical thinker with high problem-solving skills
- Must have (a) great ability to build rapport with clients, (b) great to prioritize, and (c) multitask working in parallel on multiple projects and cases
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is desirable
